Focal Five – Terms & Conditions

By booking a consultation, making payment, or engaging Focal Five’s services, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Focal Five provides bespoke tailoring, bridal wear, fashion design, and related services based on agreed designs, measurements, and timelines.

2. Orders & Production

Work begins only after payment confirmation. All garments are produced according to approved designs, fabrics, and measurements.

3. Measurements & Fit

Customers may attend a physical or guided virtual measurement session. Where customers provide their own measurements, Focal Five will not be liable for fitting issues arising from inaccuracies.

4. Weight Change & Alterations

Minor weight or body changes during production will be accommodated with standard alterations at no extra cost. Significant changes requiring major restructuring or redesign may attract additional charges, which will be discussed and approved in advance.

5. Design Changes

Minor alterations consistent with the original design may be made at no extra cost. Major changes after production has commenced may attract additional fees.

6. Bridal Services

Bridal garments are time-sensitive. Minor alterations will be accommodated where time permits. Significant weight changes, pregnancy, or late design modifications requiring major restructuring or urgent work may attract additional charges and may affect delivery timelines. Focal Five is not liable for delays or fitting issues caused by late fittings or last-minute changes.

7. Express Services

Requests for shortened timelines or urgent delivery are classified as Express Services and may attract additional fees. Express timelines depend on fabric availability, fittings, and customer cooperation. Express service fees are non-refundable once production has commenced.

8. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are agreed upon at order confirmation and may be affected by fabric availability or delayed customer responses.

9. Shipping & Dispatch

Shipping is available upon request and at the Customer’s expense. Once an item has been handed over to a courier or logistics provider, Focal Five shall not be responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Customers are advised to inspect shipped items immediately upon receipt and notify Focal Five of any issues within 24 hours.

10. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• 100% refund within 2 hours of payment
• 50% refund within 24 hours
• No refunds after 48 hours
Refunds are processed only to the original payment account and are subject to work already
commenced or materials purchased.

11. Collection & Storage

Completed garments must be collected within 7 days of notification. Items uncollected after 30 days may be disposed of or repurposed.

12. Confidentiality

All client information and designs are treated as confidential.

13. Liability

Focal Five shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
