Consultation
What is included in the consultation fee?
Your consultation covers a one-on-one design session, style guidance, fabric recommendations, body assessment, and a detailed design plan tailored specifically to you.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
No. The fee is non-refundable because it covers the time and creative expertise invested in developing your concept.
Is the consultation fee deducted from my final outfit cost?
Yes. Once you proceed with your outfit, the consultation fee is applied toward your total payment
How long does a consultation take?
Consultations last 30–45 minutes, depending on your design details.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. We offer virtual sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp Video for local and international clients
Booking & Timelines
When should I book my outfit?
• Bespoke outfits: 3–4 weeks before your event
• Bridal outfits: 6–12 weeks before your wedding
Earlier is always better—especially during peak seasons.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, but they attract an additional fee based on urgency and design complexity.
What is required to secure my slot?
A 70% deposit is required to begin production after your consultation.
Fabrics & Design
Can I bring my own fabric?
Yes. You may bring your own fabric, but we will advise you if it is unsuitable for your chosen style.
Do you help source fabrics?
Absolutely. Once your deposit is confirmed, we provide curated fabric options that match your design, budget, and theme.
Can I replicate a design I found online?
We do not copy designs exactly. However, we can create a unique interpretation inspired by your preferred elements.
Fittings & Measurements
How many fittings will I need?
- Bespoke outfits: 1–2 fittings
- Bridal outfits: 2–3 fittings
You may need additional fittings for highly intricate designs.
What happens if my measurements change?
Minor adjustments are free. Significant measurement changes may require additional charges
Do you offer home or on-site fittings?
Yes, on request. Additional charges apply depending on your location.
Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and approved online payment options displayed during checkout
Can payments be made in installments?
Yes. A 70% deposit starts production. The remaining 30% is due at final fitting or pickup.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
- Consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-refundable once production has started, as materials and labour are already
committed. - If production has not begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Can I reschedule my consultation?
Yes. You may reschedule once with 24 hours’ notice.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you deliver nationwide and internationally?
Yes. We offer delivery across Nigeria and worldwide. Fees apply depending on destination.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by location. We will provide an estimated timeframe after your final fitting.
Can someone pick up my outfit on my behalf?
Yes. Please send us their name and phone number for confirmation

What types of bridal outfits do you make?
We design traditional bridal outfits, reception dresses, civil wedding looks, and full custom bridals tailored to each bride.
Do you offer accessories for brides?
Yes. We offer bespoke accessories upon request, depending on availability and your chosen design.
Can you work with my wedding theme or colour palette?
Absolutely. All bridal designs are created to complement your theme, colours, and personality
Do you offer bridal styling consultations?
Yes. Bridal styling can be added to your design package upon request.
